Booking Terms & Conditions

Dashwood Apartments are wholly owned & operated by Dashwood Apartments Ltd (we)

Confirmation of Reservation:

Reservations are accepted for a minimum of 5 nights Sunday to Thursday and a minimum of 2 nights Friday to  Saturday. DWA Ltd may require a deposit to guarantee your reservation.

Accommodation & Occupancy:

Although accommodation is confirmed in advance, we cannot guarantee the apartment you will be allocated
prior to arrival.

1 bedroom apartments sleep a maximum of 2 guests in one double room

2 bedroom apartments sleep a maximum of 4 guests in two double rooms

1+1 bedroom apartments with bunk beds sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 16

Zed beds for an extra guest or child are available in ground floor apartments only and attract a supplement of £15 per night which will be charged on arrival for the duration of the stay. No additional beds are allowed in any of the apartments. Cots are available free of charge but must be prebooked.

Arrivals & Departures:

Apartments are reserved from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Your key card will only operate between these times. Additional hours outside normal arrival & departure times are charged as 1 full day unless otherwise agreed. Once you have registered with the DWA office we  consider you to have accepted our terms and conditions in full.

Payment of Account:

We require your apartment charge to be paid weekly in advance on arrival and thereafter in advance on a weekly basis. You will not be required to visit our office to pay your weekly charge as we will require a signed authorisation on arrival to charge your credit card accordingly.

We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.

Invoice to Company is by prior agreement only for companies who have an active credit account facility with Dashwood Apartments Ltd.

Extended or Amended Bookings:

We require at least 5 working days notice if you wish to extend or curtail your booking. Extended bookings are subject to availability. Curtailed bookings (early check out ) will incur the cost of the apartment for the remainder of the week in which the curtailment or early departure is notified to our reservations department.

All booking amendments must be confirmed to our sales department by email. We may at our discretion make partial refund for early check out in exceptional circumstances if the apartment is re sold.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.

We may waive a cancellation charge if the apartment is re sold for the dates cancelled.

Pets:

Animals with the exception of guide & assistance dogs are not allowed in our apartments.

Prices:

Our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate, a VAT invoice will be provided on departure.

Loss or Damage:

Dashwood Apartments Ltd cannot be held responsible in any way for loss of or damage to: contents, furniture, fittings or personal belongings at the property. Nor can we be held liable for the acts or defaults caused by third parties. You are advised to ensure that your own insurance policy will cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay and to take out adequate travel insurance.

Dashwood Apartments Ltd will not be held liable for any loss of information, corruption or damage to personal computers or laptops due to the free high speed internet access we provide.

You are advised that internet access may be provided on an open network and you should therefore ensure that your PC or Laptop is protected by anti-virus and anti-file share software plus an adequate firewall.

Dashwood Apartments Ltd cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the apartment including electricity, water, telephone or high speed internet access, or any damage, disruption or noise as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the premises.

Dashwood Apartments Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked outside the apartments. You are advised not to leave valuables in your vehicle overnight.

Internet Usage:

Please note that by accessing our free internet service you agree to abide by UK & Worldwide copyright laws. Our internet service provider monitors illegal downloading & file sharing and we will cooperate fully to ensure that infringement of copyright or indecency laws is reported to the relevant authorities.

Damage to Property:

Please be aware that youwill be personally liable for any exceptional damage which we deem to be caused by negligence on your part.

Dashwood Apartments are completely non smoking and special cleaning charges will be applied to your account if we deem that you have allowed smoking in your apartment.

Should guests be in breach of any of these terms & conditions, Dashwood Apartments Ltd reserve the right to request guest vacate their apartment within 24 hours.
